About the Authors:

Kelly Welk launched Dinners at CiderPress Lane 3 years ago when she and her husband decided to do dinner different. After hearing about the reality of human trafficking she knew she had to do something to help, so she invited friends for dinner and asked them to donate money to reserve their seats at the table. Now 3 years later, Kelly took her love of delicious food, gorgeous tablescapes and people and turned Dinners at CiderPress Lane into a community event business that has donated nearly $15,000 toward the fight against human trafficking. You can find out more about Kelly and CiderPress Lane at

Saleina Epperson is the incredibly talented photographer behind all of the images in Dinner Changes Everything. Saleina is a local wedding photographer who used her love of details and capturing people to beautifully document what it is to be part of a dinner at CiderPress Lane. Her images are breathtaking and make this cookbook one that you will proudly display as a talking piece on any table. Find out more about Saleina and her beautiful work at
